Thursday 24 August
Undeterred by the closure of the Clifton Rocks Railway, four of us walked across the Downs to the Clifton Suspension Bridge Visitor Centre, and then joined a larger number at Cote Brasserie for lunch.
We discovered that there is now coffee to be had on the roof of the Observatory, but we pressed on to the coffee cart by the Bridge Visitor Centre. A very interesting visit, even for those who had been before.
