Thursday 3rd February – Slimbridge
Suzanne Hadfield organised a very enjoyable visit for some SLR members and friends. We saw the sole remaining otter being fed, plus Ducks Geese and Swans, elegant Avocet and Lapwings.
Thursday 10th February – Christon, Bleadon
Eight of us enjoyed a 12 kms walk in Christon and Bleadon, north Somerset on a lovely sunny day. Beautiful views… Andy and Lorna were the leaders.
Monday 14th February – Newark Park
Margaret Ruse organised a visit to see the snowdrops.
